Two Monthly Meetings to Uncover Your Deeper Truth and Purpose

Each session lasts around 90 minutes, offering space to arrive, reflect, and connect.

We begin with a talk that opens into sharing and presence—sometimes supported by a guided meditation to help shift frequency.

Through guided reflections, we explore what a sustainable practice feels like, touching on themes like time, money, fulfilment, and outcomes.

Along the way, we uncover the subconscious patterns and frequencies that may be holding us back.

 Suggested Dates and Meeting Times

  • Tuesdays at 12 noon (UK time).
  • Proposed dates: May 6 & 20 – June 10 & 24 – July 8 & 29

This is the suggested time for our gatherings, but I truly wish to accommodate the needs of the group. Our first meeting will be on Tuesday, May 6th at 12 noon (UK time), and from there, we’ll feel into what works best for everyone moving forward. The final meeting time will be adjusted based on the group’s availability.
