Delivery

Products and services are delivered digitally via email, as physical courses or events, or through postal mail or a courier. Individual sessions take place online via Zoom or over the phone.

Payment

Payment can be made via bank transfer to Lunar Bank, account number: 6695 - 1005082265. Payment can also be made using VISA, Mastercard, and Dankort. Prices are in either Danish Kroner or British Pounds.

Special Terms for Subscriptions to Online Products and Services

For subscriptions, the subscription fee, as stated on the product page, will be automatically deducted for each subscription period. Receipt for the deduction will be sent via email.

You will receive an email confirmation of your subscription enrollment after subscribing. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the confirmation immediately.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by writing to rie@riesofie.dk or by logging into your account and stopping the subscription yourself. Unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of subscription, the cancellation is immediate, and no further charges will be incurred. However, already issued invoices must still be paid.

If you wish to change the card used for subscription payments, you can do so by clicking the link provided in each invoice.

Unless otherwise specified regarding the start date of the subscription at the time of enrollment, product delivery usually occurs within a few minutes via email, but in exceptional cases, it may take up to 5 business days.

Returns Policy for Online Products without Live Elements or Individual Meetings

There is a 14-day return policy for online products without live elements or individual meetings. If you wish to return your purchase within 14 days, please contact us at rie@riesofie.dk, and you will receive a full refund, excluding any fees associated with the purchase, particularly for card payments.

Returns Policy for Live Courses, Events, or Workshops

If you wish to return your purchase of live courses, events, or workshops before the first meeting and within 14 days of the purchase, you will receive a full refund, excluding any fees associated with the purchase, particularly for card payments. After the first meeting, there will be no refunds.

Returns Policy for Individual Sessions and Programs

If you wish to return your purchase of an individual session or program before the first session, you can receive a full refund, excluding any fees associated with the purchase, particularly for card payments. After the first session, there will be no refunds.

Rights

All rights to courses, workshops, events, and digital products belong to RieSofie. Purchasing a product grants a license solely for using the purchased product as specified under the relevant product.

Cancellations and No-Show Policy

Cancellations of scheduled sessions should be made as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full amount.

Purpose of Collecting and Storing Sensitive Personal Data

The sole purpose is to provide the best homeopathic treatment. By maintaining records, I can assess the effectiveness of homeopathic treatment from session to session and determine any further treatment needed.

Confidentiality

I am bound by confidentiality, and only I have access to the information.

I occasionally discuss client cases with a supervisor to ensure the best possible treatment. However, it will always be only me who has access to the written sensitive personal information, and I anonymise individual clients.

Data Collection

Data collection is solely based on conversations during homeopathic sessions.

Storage of Handwritten Sensitive Personal Information

The information is kept locked in a box.

Storage of Sensitive Personal Information on the Computer

I use a homeopathic data processing program, Radar Opus, on my computer. Both the program and the computer are password-protected. Additionally, I also store consent forms on the computer. Only I have access to and view the information, and I am bound by confidentiality. The collected information is used solely for treatment purposes.

Retention Period

The collected information (handwritten journals and computer records) is deleted six months after the last consultation. However, I retain consent forms on the computer, ICD-10 diagnosis codes, and a handwritten record of the administered homeopathic remedies for five years.

Email and SMS communication is deleted on an ongoing basis.

Any correspondence over Signal is deleted immediately after our sessions are concluded.

 

Rights and Complaints

You have the right to access the collected data and the right to request deletion. You can withdraw your consent at any time. If you feel that I am not handling your information correctly, you have the option to file a complaint with the Data Protection Agency.

Precautions Regarding Medication and Acute or Serious Illness

Your health and safety are your responsibility.

If you change prescribed medication during the treatment process, it is done at your own risk and in consultation with your doctor.

If you suspect a serious illness or are unsure whether you need urgent medical assistance, always contact a doctor or a hospital.
